Mr. Ashok Mehta is the driving force behind In-Depth Security Consultancy and Training Services, bringing his passion for the security management profession and a remarkable commitment to serve and secure customers to his best. With a wealth of experience in security and the customer service industry, Ashok has paved the way for In-Depth to become a fresh and new start towards quality as well as reasonably priced service.
The Journey
Mr. Ashok Mehta started his journey as a full time Martial art trainer for Gojukan-Karate-Do in the year 1992. He moved on to choose a career in the hospitality working with a top Indian hotel brand as a fresher. He served for 14 years growing up in the organization to the level of functional head and was transferred to a new hotel project. He considers his 10-year tenure there as the pinnacle of his career, marked by the establishment of the security department and the implementation of a robust security apparatus. This accomplishment significantly contributed to securing and safeguarding the interests of both guests and stakeholders. Leveraging his demonstrated expertise and notable contributions, he assumed the pivotal role of security and safety lead for two prestigious hotel units. With unwavering confidence and dedication, he successfully reduced risks to as low as reasonably possible.
Over three decades of dedicated and self-driven professional experience, Ashok has distinguished himself by actively contributing to the pre-opening stages of various properties. His expertise shines through particularly in orchestrating security arrangements for high-profile and high net worth dignitaries, including some of the world's most prominent figures.

Education and Accreditation's
Ashok is an accomplished postgraduate and holds the prestigious Ofqual-regulated Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP®) Level 6 Accredited Diploma, which he earned through distance learning. His commitment to safety extends beyond the theoretical, as he is also a Certified First Aid instructor. Over the past over 15 years, Ashok has had the honor of annually training over 500 personnel in crucial areas such as CPR, AED usage, loss prevention, and risk mitigation.
Recognizing the integral connection between security and safety, Ashok has achieved success in clearing the National Education Board in Health and Safety International General Certification (NEBOSH IGC). His extensive experience in workplace safety and fire safety management adds a valuable dimension to his multifaceted expertise.
Beyond Business
A dedicated advocate for personal safety, he invests his time training aspiring students in self-defense and martial art techniques. Ashok is closely aligned with a prestigious all-women educational institute in Rajasthan, where his commitment shines through as he shares not only his extensive knowledge but also practical experience in self-defence and security.

Our Legal Subject Instructor

Advocate Shelly Ashok Mehta our legal subject instructor will be facilitating a session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) along with a comprehensive overview of the most pertinent sections from the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) and Indian Penal Code (IPC) that are applicable to security operations. She has completed her Legum Baccalaureus (L.L.B.) from New Law College and is currently pursuing her Masters in Criminal Law and Criminal Administration from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law. She has been working in the legal field for the past one year in Criminal and Civil Laws and Arbitration.
